  1. Open the start menu, type regedit and open it.
  2. Click on Ctrl+F and search for enableulps.
  3. Open the file and change Value data to 0.
  4. Now open the Power Options.
  5. Go to Additional power settings.
  6. Now go to "Choose what the power button does".
  7. Click on "Change settings that are currently unavailable" and uncheck "Turn on fast startup"
  8. Open the Start menu and then open Task Manager.
  9. Click on Startup and disable everything that you don't need.
